What: Player Development Sessions
Focus: Ball handling, passing, defense & etc
Duration: Up to 60 minutes for the basketball sessions; Up to 3 hours for October 9, 2023; 45 minutes for the strengthening & conditioning sessions (Saturdays)

Starting October 7, we will be offering these sessions to properly prepare our clients for the upcoming school season. During the sessions we will be on the basketball court as well and outdoors to equip players with the physical & mental toughness to perform at an elite level. ALL PLAYERS ARE expected to wear the "LIFTED BASKETBALL" shirt and "LIFTED" shorts in SESSIONS. If the registered player misses. The sessions will be held at in Grand Prairie, there will be a limited number of participants!!
